Our team quickly analyzes the design, selects optimal materials and machines, and delivers a transparent cost and lead-time estimate.
Load the CNC program, secure the workpiece in a vise or fixture, and install the correct cutting tools.
Execute a without-air “dry run” above the material to confirm the toolpath is error-free before cutting begins.
Start the CNC cycle—the machine automatically removes stock via operations such as milling, turning, drilling, grinding, and finishing.
After machining, inspect critical dimensions, adjust offsets for tool wear, then clean, deburr, and finalize the part.
